| Charles River by our old house! |
This morning the kids got up before us and headed downstairs to watch some Batman cartoon episodes from the 90s that JP got for them. Naomi (& Juliet sort of) has been reading the three Batman comics that we got from Park Street Books that have Spanish on the sides and in some of the frames.
One of the great things about technology, or at least the technology in our house, is that we can cast stuff from our phone to the TV in the family room and our bedroom. So while JP and I were just getting up and dressed, he cast the Sunday school stream from the temple. This of course interrupted the Batman cartoon. I peaked my head out the bedroom door and heard..."but we were watching Batman!" The Sunday school songs and chat from the Rabbi's today was about Passover as it is this coming Wednesday evening. After the morning service 45 minutes later there was a zoom session with the Rabbi's to have more of a conversation and song session about Passover.JP worked on our old (2009!) iMac today. It has not been usable, but we had all of our photos on it. So last night he was able to copy the photos to the server backup and today he rebuilt the computer with Chrome OS on it. He made an account for Naomi as her school uses google classroom now. She is going to be able to have a quiet space to work when she is in her school zoom meetings now and to work on her assignments in google classroom. So the office we made for Dad is going to be a shared office space. Whoever needs the quiet office space to work or go on a video call gets first dibs!

Dad and I went to another lovely circus this afternoon. There were these two amazing acrobats that did trapeze, flips, trampoline... I think that once this quarantine lifts many people will be able to come to the circus and witness it in person.

As the weather was so nice this afternoon we went out for a walk down to the river by our old house. The water level was high and the kids enjoyed throwing things into the river. As we were coming back Pip was ready to cross the street at our old house. Its funny how he seemed to know that we used to live there!!
Later that evening we hopped on a Briggs' family video chat and played Just One virtually. It was really great to see everyone and hear how they are all doing!! Sundie had the clearest internet video image, I want her internet!!!
We ended the day with a wonderful chicken dinner that dad made in the Dutch Oven but it wasn't finished until 8. So we inhaled it as we were all so hungry and then ran up to bed because we were all then stuffed and sleepy. It was a great way to end the weekend!!
Week 4 here we come!!
