So one of the veggies we got at the CSA was bok choy. We've never bought that let alone cooked it. I found this recipe on pinterest from a blog called Sea Salt With Food. I modified it a tad.
Asian Stir-Fry Bok Choy
Ingredients
1 large head of Bok Choy
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
3-4 Tbsp Chicken Stock or Water ( I used water this time)
Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
Clean and cut the leaves off the bok choy and cut into slivers. Leave whole or halved if they are small.
Heat the oil and cook the garlic in a low heat until translucent.
Turn the heat up and add the bok choy and give it a quick stir. Then add the oyster sauce, chicken stock or water and salt. Serve immediately.
