So we got clobbered with snow Monday afternoon until Tuesday late evening. Tuesday and Wednesday schools and Dad's work were shut down! We got about 3 ft of snow but it was hard to tell as the wind was wicked and blew huge snow drifts all around the yard. The cars didn't have much snow on them when we woke up but the driveway and yard was covered!!
Before we went outside we made snowman parts out of Sculpy clay. And water balloons to use in the snow and do experiments with to see how they would freeze. And with the extra balloons we did experiments with one balloon filled with air and another filled with air and a marble! Naomi is a little scientist.
Naomi enjoyed playing in the snow with Dad and Mom on two different occasions! Her favorite thing to do was paint in the snow. We had filled up some squeeze bottles with food coloring and water and let her go to town! She must have been out there for hours!!
Juliet stayed inside as it was too cold and too much snow! She enjoyed a warm bath while Dad and Naomi were outside!
